No, Not really. But yes, at times we make some boxes to ship you our amazing products! Paper Box was started in 2013 when we were at SPA, Delhi as students of architecture. At Paperbox we create stationery products which are simply useful, expressive and beautiful; Products that add joy and color to our daily lives. With technology we have got such an incredible pool of drawing and writing instruments that it is only obvious to make some notebooks which can express through them.
We handpick high quality papers available to us from around the world, which follow international norms for standard and quality. All the products are designed, manufactured and made ready for retail in our New Delhi Workshop / Studio. All our photography and art work is done by us ( Deblina mostly! ). We try to handle all the things ourselves; from the first prototype to the final photography. We do this most importantly for the sheer pleasure of doing it and to keep things brief and concise.
We keep updating our inventory from time to time. A product once out of stock needs some time to be manufactured and dressed up for retail. Don’t worry, it won’t take much time.

International customers do not pay Indian GST (tax) on products but may be liable for taxes or duties when products arrive at their country's customs. Paperbox will not be responsible for any duties or charges incurred at the recipient's country.

Shipping internationally means a lot of shipping charge which nobody likes to pay. In order to make the purchase simple we don’t pass on the actual shipping cost directly to you. We take a portion of shipping charge from you and pay the rest. This ensures a better logistics service like DHL Express but at a much lower shared cost for you.
A reason why prices are slightly different from our Indian store. This is to absorb all necessary cost incurred in the process of selling internationally and yet appear simply purchasable.
For all international orders above $ 30, shipping is on us. It’s free ( Its an introductory offer. But dont worry, we'll keep it running for a while). For all orders below $ 30, We charge a small convenience fee of $ 9 flat.

All our products are shipped from our New Delhi Studio/Workshop/Warehouse ( Yes, It’s small but all in one! ).
We ship our orders by DHL Express, FedEx international and India Post. Depending on the country we choose an appropriate logistics service that works best for it. All shipments can be tracked. We offer a flat subsidized shipping rates based on order value.
Once we process your order, you’ll receive shipping confirmation e-mail with the AWB no. / Reference no. It will link you to our carrier’s website from where you can track your parcels each and every movement.
In case it doesn’t link you to the carrier’s website, you can copy the AWB no. / Reference no. and visit the website of the carrier mentioned.
Orders can only be cancelled or be modified before they are shipped. We try to process each order in the shortest time to ensure timely delivery. You receive an e-mail notification when your order is shipped.
Connect to us before receiving the notification and we might be able to cancel or modify your order. If you have already received your shipping confirmation, it will not be possible for us to do any modification.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE
In case you change your mind after receiving your products that you ordered, you can Return / Exchange them with us. However we don't refund the payment.
You can Return or Exchange anything you purchase from our store within 15 Days from date of purchase. For Return or Exchange, products must be in brand new condition (Un-used), with its label and tags intact.
We will not accept used, open or damaged products (unless you have received one from our side).
Products or products purchased in following situation do not qualify for a Return or Exchange :
- Any customised product ( Unless you receive a damaged piece ).
- Products purchased during sale or with a discount code or during sale.
- Shipping charges levied at the time of checkout are non-refundable in case of Return or Exchange.
In case you have received a damaged product, or an incorrect product or the order has arrived in a damaged condition, your products will be replaced without any extra charge.

In case of a Return / Exchange you will have to send us the products in their original un-used condition (Our team will let you know when to send the shipment). You shall have to engage a logistics service (That can be tracked and safe) to send us the products. Please ensure the following :
- Products are well packed so that they are not damaged during transit.
- All logistics charges shall be borne by you.
- Logistics service used by you should be a reliable service that can be tracked. Send us the AWB no. / Reference no. as soon as you ship us back the products concerned.
Once we receive the shipment and are satisfied with its contents, we will Return / Exchange the products.
In case of an Incorrect / Damaged product delivery, we will deliver you the correct product once our team is satisfied. In case there should be a return pick-up required, we shall schedule one for you with instructions. We shall bear all the cost in the logistics service required.
