Orders placed usually take 1-2 working days to be dispatched. It takes a further of around 2-5 working days for the logistics company to deliver it to your door-step.

Time taken for the products to reach you once an order is placed depends on a lot of factors like shipping location, holidays (Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays are not usually working days), error made in shipping and contact information etc. We have partnered with FedEx as our logistics partners. We don’t take any responsibility for the services provided by them but they have a reputation of providing one of the finest logistics service around the world. Shipping internationally means a lot of shipping charge which nobody likes to pay. In order to make the purchase simple we don’t pass on the actual shipping cost directly to you. We take a portion of shipping charge from you and pay the rest. This ensures a better logistics service like DHL Express but at a much lower shared cost for you.

A reason why prices are slightly different from our Indian store. This is to absorb all necessary cost incurred in the process of selling internationally and yet appear simply purchasable.

DUTIES AND TAXES

International customers DO NOT p ay Indian GST (tax) on products but may be liable for taxes or duties when products arrive at their country's customs. Paperbox will not be responsible for any duties or charges incurred at the recipient's country.


ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

On payment for the order placed, you will receive an order conformation which means that we have accepted the order. We hold the right to decline any order at this time, though we try hard that it doesn’t happen.

Following the order confirmation, you will receive a shipping confirmation, meaning that the product has been shipped from our warehouse. You can track your order by the AWB no. /reference no. provided in the shipping confirmation. You will be timely updated on the status of your shipment.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can only be cancelled or be modified before they are shipped. We try to process each order in the shortest time to ensure timely delivery. You receive an e-mail notification when your order is shipped. Connect to us before receiving the notification and we might be able to cancel or modify your order. If you have already received your shipping confirmation, it will not be possible for us to do any modification.

In case you change your mind after receiving your products that you ordered, you can Return / Exchange them with us. However we don't refund the payment. We can Exchange them with other products or issue a credit token for you. You can use that token to avail your credit amount on your later purchase.




15 DAYS – RETURN / EXCHANGE

You can Return or Exchange anything you purchase from our store within 15 Days from date of purchase. For Return or Exchange, products must be in brand new condition (Un-used), with its label and tags intact.


We will not accept used, open or damaged products (unless you have received one from our side).

Products or products purchased in following situation do not qualify for a Return or Exchange:

 

  1. Any customised product ( Unless you receive a damaged piece ).
  2. Products purchased during sale or with a discount code or during sale.
  3. Shipping charges levied at the time of checkout are non-refundable in case of Return or Exchange.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

In case you have received a damaged product, or an incorrect product or the order has arrived in a damaged condition, your products will be replaced (Shipping charges for the replacement will be covered by us.

HOW TO PROCEED WITH RETURN / EXCHANGE

Connect with our customer Care. You can manually send us an e-mail with your information like: Name and Order No. with your case.

You can also fill the form below and send us. We will initiate your Return / Exchange upon receiving the request. Our team will get in touch with you and guide you through the process.


HOW RETURN / EXCHANGE WORK

In case of a Return / Exchange you will have to send us the products in their original un-used condition (Our team will let you know when to send the shipment). You shall have to engage a logistics service (That can be tracked and safe) to send us the products. Please ensure the following:

 

  1. Products are well packed so that they are not damaged during transit.
  2. All logistics charges shall be borne by you.
  3. Logistics service used by you should be a reliable service that can be tracked. Send us the AWB no. / Reference no. as soon as you ship us back the products concerned.

Once we receive the shipment and are satisfied with its contents, we will Return / Exchange the products.

In case of an Incorrect / Damaged product delivery, we will deliver you the correct product once our team is satisfied. In case there should be a return pick-up required, we shall schedule one for you with instructions. We shall bear all the cost in the logistics service required.
